It would be helpful if the signage was bigger. It also would be helpful if it was advertised a least a week in advance of open-house. Please make sure whoever is sent in her place knows their stuff, has nice handouts and the container out in front of the property has the correct handouts. On the flipside we appreciate the advertisements that were sent to farmers, how easy she made it to sign paperwork when I was out of state and how she was willing to take a cut when dealing with difficult clients.
